Puri Constructions launches luxury housing project in Gurgaon

Puri Constructions has ann¬ounced the launch of Dip¬lomatic Greens, a new luxury housing project in Gurgaon. This mix-use community is located in Sector-111, directly on the Dwarka Expressway. The project is spread over 51-acre ground and promises up to 85 per cent green landscaped area. The project, with G+12 floors and 12 towers, will have only two apartments on each floor, with a choice of three and four bedrooms along with eight feet wide balconies and verandas on both sides. The project is expected to be completed by 2015. The ground and first floors in every tower will comprise duplexes with their own private pools and gardens. There will also be one super luxury apartment in each floor. Arjun Puri, director of Puri Constructions, said, “This project is unique like each of our housing projects prior to this one -- Palm Springs, Pranayam and Pratham -- and it has been carefully constructed and designed keeping in mind customer needs and aspirations for higher quality living. We have already received a tremendous response for this project.” The project is designed by ARCORP architecture firm and all apartments will be fitted with Italian marble, contemporary modular kitchens, VRV air-conditioning and smart home automation. The prices of the apartments range from Rs 1 crore to Rs 3 crore (approximately Rs 6,500 per sq ft) . The project is located on the Delhi-Gurgaon border and is only 3 km away from the international airport.
