Sunway launches flexi villa project in Hyderabad

Sunway Opus International is ready with its Sunway Opus Grand Neville, a premium flexi villa project near Miyapur, in the vicinity of IT hubs -- Hitec City and Gachibowli in Hyderabad.  P Prem Kumar, director of Sunway Opus International said, the project gives the customers a lot of flexibility in designing. This project is targeting people wanting to stay in a villa instead of an apartment. The project is coming up in an area of over 4.7 acre, that includes a natural lake. The project is aimed at joint families that look to staying together. Each building in the project will have six units and can be booked by a group or a family for a price between Rs 35 and Rs 50 lakh. The units can be one, two and three BHKs spreading them in one, two or three floors. These units are coming in a G +2 format, departing from the original plan of making a 20 plus high-rise building, he said. “We had plans for high-rise towers. But our market study indicated that people are inclined towards villas instead of apartments if they come within their budgets,” he said, while adding that Opus Grand Neville provided a flexibility to customise. The location of this gated community project is also closer to the proposed Miyapur Metro train terminal. According to Kumar, the project is being built without common walls and has landscaped courtyards that act as perimetres, dividing villa units. Each unit will have dedicated lifts and the parking will be in a sub-cellar. It will have resort-style clubhouse, a gym, power back-up and children play areas that can be used for organising parties as well. It will also have a private spa pool for women. The first phase of the project will be completed this year. The company is also planning to launch phase II of the project in a month.
