To promote consumption and better living standards across the state, the Maharashtra government has laid special focus on malls as an essential amenity in its draft retail policy. Proposed by the Union Ministry of Shipping, the project will construct a towering 'business district' on Mumbai Port Trust land. It will be a 130-storey project and will cost more than Rs 10,000 crore. Read more. ICICI Prudential AMC will invest Rs 130 crore in a residential project, being developed by Noida-based ATS Infrastructure. The project will be developed in Sector 150, Noida, near the Yamuna Expressway. Its first phase of development, the project will have 100 villas on a nine-hole golf course.
