The politan gion Development Authority (RDA) will auction its land parcels in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) to fund infrastructure projects. Since 2007, the RDA has not invited bids to raise funds by auctioning land parcels. RDA plans to sell 12,500 sq mt of land in G-Block of BKC. cently, residential floor space index (FSI) in G-Block of BKC was raised from 3 to 4.
