The government is looking to set up a township for Korean investors. The proposed township may be part of the national manufacturing zones that have been in the making for the past few years. In the past, a Korean investment cluster was planned in the national capital regions' Neemrana.

The Haryana Urban Development Authority (Huda) is planning to recover pending dues from plot holders in all its sectors. In the past six months, the development body has recovered around Rs 600 crore in dues.

L&T Finance Holdings, a Larsen & Toubro subsidiary, has invested around Rs 150 crore in Pune-based Saarthi Group's two residential projects. Saarthi Group has so far delivered 30 projects, totaling more than three million sqft over last 18 years. The developer is currently developing more than two million sqft, spread across various parts of Pune.
