To promote and expand industrialisation in the state, the Madhya Pradesh government will develop nine new industrial sectors in 2,625 hectares of land. For this, the state Cabinet has approved a sum of Rs 1,940 crore. The new industrial hubs will come up at Dhar, Jetapur Palasia in Dhar, Badiakhedi in Sehore, Mohasa Babai in Hoshangabad, Padora in Shivpuri, Jhanjarwada in Neemuch, Umaria-Dungaria extension in Jabalpur, Babupur in Satna and IT Park Indore.

Hiranandani Communities is planning to enter into the industrial parks segment by the end of this year. Planned on over 250 acres of land in Pune, the park is excepted to start by the end of this year. The second construction will be spread over a 160-acre plot in Chennai

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation may raise up to Rs 7,000 crore from banks, including the State Bank of India, in loan transfer deals. The company said it was in talks with large public sector banks to raise funds.

Real estate developer Vatika Group has tied up with solar energy company Amplus Energy Solutions to set up solar rooftop systems across six buildings in Gurgaon. The 750-kW-system would provide on-site renewable power in Vatika City Point in Sector 25, Vatika Town Square in Sector 82A, Vatika Triangle on MG Road, Vatika Atrium in Sector 53 on Golf Course Road, and Vatika City in Sector-49 on Sohna Road.
