#RealtyNewsRoundUp: NBCC Says Most Amrapali Projects Will Take 4 Years To Complete

Officials of National Buildings Construction Company (NBCC) say that two-third of the incomplete projects of Amrapali Group will take up to four years for completion while the remaining ones will take about a year. NBCC has to submit a detailed revival plan of the projects to the Supreme Court by the end of this month.

The Punjab revenue department has made online 19 templates of documents related to property registration that can be downloaded free of cost. Punjab Revenue Minister Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria said those documents could be easily amended according to the customer's need.

The Noida Authority has issued a list of 1,757 unauthorised structures in different parts of the city and also demolished 10 such buildings. A survey has found that while 56 structures are in a dilapidated condition, 114 structures have come up on notified land, 261 buildings are on acquired land, and there are 1,326 unauthorised buildings in different villages.

On August 2, the Noida Police had booked a builder's group, accused of selling same property to multiple people, under the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters Control Act.
