After a final safety inspection report was submitted, the Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) is set to launch the commercial operations of the Aqua Line. The Metro link would run between Sector 71 Station in Noida and the Depot Station in Greater Noida, covering a distance of 29.7 km through 21 stations. The Uttar Pradesh government is likely to finalise a date for the inauguration of the much-awaited line soon.
