The Noida Authority has completed the inspections of nine towers across the three projects of Jaypee, and will be issuing completion certificates soon. The three projects include Jaypee Aman, Jaypee Cosmos and Jaypee Klassic, all of which are located in Wish Town.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is preparing to bid farewell to its Lucknow branch. According to a media report, several staff members on July 12 claimed they were informed by their team leaders that the company was wrapping up the work at the centre. At least 2,000 employees will be affected by this move.

Pune's Pimpri Swargate Metro rail route is expected be extended to Nigdi in the second phase of the project. Nigdi, along the Mumbai Pune highway, is the starting point of the Pimpri-Chinchwad route. The elevated route from Pimpri to Nigdi, will be constructed over the Empire Estate flyover at Chinchwad.

The cash-strapped Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) has proposed to levy one per cent tree cess on property tax from current financial year. The civic administration has tabled this proposal before the general body meeting. If cleared, property tax of citizens will increase by one per cent.
