#RealtyNewsRoundUp: PM Modi Inaugurates Delhi Metro’s Mundka-Bahadurgarh Stretch
The Delhi Metro’s Green Line was further extended to Haryana on June 24 after Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the stretch between Mundka and Bahadurgarh. The 11.2-km Metro corridor is fully elevated and has seven stations. Now the entire Inderlok-Bahadurgarh stretch is 26.33-km long taking the Delhi Metro’s complete stretch to 288 kms and 208 stations.

Vishad P Mafatlal of the Mafatlal Group along with his wife Rupal has purchased a luxury duplex apartment in Lodha Altamount tower for a whopping Rs 89 crore. Located at south Mumbai’s Altamount Road, the apartment is spread in an area of 10,000 sqft and sits on the 10th and the 11th floor of the tower. The apartment comes with nine parking slots. The owners have paid a stamp duty of Rs 4.45 crore for this bare-shell apartment.

Mumbai-based developer HDIL is mulling to sell its rights of a property it owns in Ghatkopar to Adani Infrastructure and Developers for Rs 291 crore. The developer moved the Bombay High Court with the appeal after the state housing board cancelled a decade-old agreement with its wholly-owned subsidiary Guruashish Constructions to redevelop a huge tract of land in Goregaon (W) . The developable area is 1,500 sqmt.

Over three lakh apartments in Gurgaon are awaiting licence approvals from the department of town and country planning (DTCP) . These apartments are in the affordable category and once approved, will give a boost to the other slow real estate market of Gurgaon. These apartments are a part of the 55 affordable housing projects coming up in an area of 310 acre in Gurgaon and Sohna.
