Unable to sell its commercial space at metro stations, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has decided to sell residential property in the national capital. The DMRC will construct 93 flats at Okhla and 350 apartments in Janakpuri in 2BHK and 3BHK configurations. Real estate firm M3M India has signed an agreement with Tata Realty and Infrastructure to sell its proposed IT- special economic zone (SEZ) in Gurgaon for about Rs 500 crore. The company has an approval to sell a 25-acre SEZ for electronic hardware in Gurgaon with a developable area of 3.5 million sq ft. Read more
