Sandesh launches Applewoods township project on SP Ring Road Ahmedabad

The Sandesh Group has launched a Rs 3,000 crore township project, Applewoods, in Ahmedabad. Applewoods, an integrated township, will be self-sustained and eco-friendly. Parthiv Patel, managing director, The Sandesh Ltd, said "Applewoods township will be an ideal place for living, working and entertaining. This one is straight out of your dreams." Spread over 128 acres, this mega township is strategically located on the S P Ring Road and offers world-class amenities. Among its architects is Burt Hill, USA. The campus will have 400 beautifully structured bungalows, 3,500 varied sized apartments and 10,00,000 sq ft of corporate space. The township will have over 75% open space, more than 15,000 trees, 5,00,000 sq ft of parks, themed gardens and lakes, club houses, cycling and jogging tracks, multi-faceted sports arenas, health clubs, entertainment zones, multiplexes, food courts, dining restaurants, play area, sit-outs for senior citizens, hangouts for women and community centre. The group is confident of promoting the 'Walk to Work' concept in the township and promises to maintain the township for 15 years.
