Shubhkamna-Advert & Realcraft plan a mega project in Greater Noida

The Delhi-NCR-based Shubhkamna-Advert and Realcraft Groups have jointly launched a new residential project located at Sec- CHI V, adjacent to Yamuna Expressway in Greater Noida. Spread across five-acres of land, the project, christened as Livia, will offer 2/3/4 BHK as well as studio apartments. Speaking to Realty Plus, Diwakar Sharma, director, Shubhkamna Advert, said, “As much as Rs 400 crore has been earmarked to develop this ambitious residential project. While the partner companies have already invested Rs 60-70 crore, rest of the amount would be generated through internal accruals, bank loans and advances from customers. Around nine lakh sq ft of space would be developed as part of this project and would be delivered in the next three years.” Expected to be completed in around three years, Livia will comprise around 700 2/3/4 BHK apartments and 100 studio apartments. The project will have Ground+20 and Ground+23 storeyed towers which will be priced form Rs 2,295 per sq ft onwards. The company claims to have sold 30 per cent of this project's inventory to customers immediately after its launch. Dispelling fears arising out of the recent Noida extension land row, Sharma informed that this project is located at Chuharpur village land, Greater Noida, from where no complaints regarding land acquisition are pending in the court. “All the farmers of that village have already accepted compensation against their acquired lands,” Sharma added. While boasting extraordinary layout and two lifts for three flats per floor, the project also offers facilities like club, swimming pool, gymnasium, jogging track, table tennis and lawn tennis courts, among others. Star couple Hussain Kuwajerwala of Nach Balliye and Zangoora fame and his wife Tina Kuwajerwala are the brand ambassadors of this project. Some of the completed projects of Shubhkamna-Advert Group include Vigyan Vihar in Gurgaon, Jagdambe Apartments, Kartik Kunj, Shramdeep Apartments and Shubhkamna Apartments in Noida. Realcraft Group has so far completed over five lakh sq ft of residential and commercial projects.
