Skyi Group, an eminent property developer in Pune has launched another township - Skyi Songbirds at Bhugaon. Skyi Group has built over 1 million square feet of developed homes and over 5 million square feet area is currently under development.

There are not too many projects around it to compare with but it is close to Kothurd and Badvhan where the average price of property is Rs. 8,500 per sq.ft. and Rs.5,500 per sq.ft., respectively.

    This is a great option for middle class end users who can afford it due to its small sizes. Also the 70% open space in the township with excellent amenities makes it highly livable.
