From a historical town with a breath-taking architecture to an upcoming smart city, Rajasthan capital Jaipur's transformation is surely a grand success story. The extensive infrastructural developments in the recent past has also enabled the Pink City to qualify as one of the hottest residential destinations in north India.

Property pricing

A study on Jaipur's real estate market in the past 38 months shows that there has been a growth of 13 per cent in the average property price. However, Jaipur real estate offers some of the finest affordable housing projects, too, with average prices starting Rs 3,600 per sq ft. Infrastructural development

Jaipur already has a robust road and transportation network. However, the upcoming Jaipur Metro, which is expected to start operations by 2018, will bring in a sea change to the city's transport network.
