Hansel and Gretel might not have found their ideal abode even after discovering the cottage built with gingerbread and candies, but we’re determined to ensure that you do!

Here’s a list of different types of homes for you to choose from:

Penthouse: The highest floor of an apartment building is furnished to create a penthouse. It’s the luxury features that distinguish a penthouse from ordinary apartments. Penthouse apartments have the advantages of a regular apartment like security and convenient location and also those of a house like size and design. If you want a sense of being away from the crowded urban life, yet reside in the heart of the city, a penthouse is your perfect home!

Villa: A villa is a type of low-rise house that includes verandas. It is either single-story or has a second story built into a sloping roof, usually with dormer windows (one-and-a-half stories) . It also allows you to have your own garden. It’s the most appropriate form of housing for families wishing for a unique lifestyle in the city.

Studio Apartment: A studio apartment is a small apartment that combines a living room, a bedroom, and a kitchenette into a single room. Studio apartments are ideal for single occupancy. This is also a great choice if you’re looking forward to either an artistic, or a corporate work-intensive lifestyle, with minimal domestic concerns.

2-3 BHK: A 2-3 BHK is perhaps the most popular option for urban families today. It is basically a unit of a large building which may be a part of an apartment/residential complex. These complexes may include additional facilities such as swimming pools, Table Tennis/Basketball courts, Gymnasiums, cooperative stores, parks etc. Although every unit has a standard make, it is possible to customize it to suit the needs of your family. If you wish to embrace the cityscape and lead a comfortable life around it, go for a 2-3 BHK.
