Top 5 Newly Launched Housing Projects In Pune

From an all-new Hitech City to ever-expanding Metro network, and from topping the Ease of Living survey to being country’s Urban Mobility Lab, Pune is home to some of the many firsts in the country. All these developments have made the city all the more exciting and enticing for the real estate developers, investors and homebuyers alike.

Life Republic ORO Avenue

Locale: Life Republic ORO Avenue, a project by Kolte Patil group, is located at Pune’s IT hub Hinjewadi. It is an under-construction project lying close to the upcoming Pune Metro connecting Hinjewadi to Shivaji Nagar, Mahalunge to Hinjewadi IT Park Bridge on Mula River connecting Baner and Balewadi.

Price and size: There are over 780 apartments in ORO Avenue available in 1BHK and 2BHK configurations with size ranging between 367 square foot (sqf) and 578 sqf. While the 1BHK apartments are available for Rs 30.85 lakh and Rs 31.44 lakh, the 2BHK units are priced between Rs 41.74 lakh and Rs 47.67 lakh. Launched in August 2018, the project will be ready for possession by December 2021.

Amenities: ORO Avenue provides its dwellers access to over 20 urban amenities, including a swimming pool, a skating rink, party spaces, an aroma garden and a soccer field.

Golden Towers

Locale: Amanora Group’s Golden Towers is located in Hadapsar. Located at a distance of 8.5 kilometres from the city centre, Hadapsar is now a prominent locality owing to the development of nearby areas like Magarpatta, Amanora Park and Handewadi road. The locality also houses many IT companies and BPOs.

Price and size: Golden Towers has launched over 650 units in September 2018. Available in 1BHK and 2BHK configurations, the apartments are sized* between 363 sqf and 646 sqf. While the 1BHK apartments are priced* between Rs 46-Rs 58.82 lakh, the 2BHK units can be purchased starting from Rs 66 lakh and going up to Rs 73.60 lakh.

Amenities: The project offers some of the key amenities to the dwellers. These include a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a clubhouse, power backup, lifts, closed car parking, a solid waste management unit, a sewage water treatment unit, among others.

Elements

 Locale: From the house of Godrej Properties, Elements is strategically located in Hinjewadi, a locality home to the state-of-the-art 500-acre Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park which hosts a cluster of IT/ITES and BPO units. The project offers connectivity to some of the strategic spots across the city, including the airport and railway station.

Price and size:  Godrej Properties’ Elements is a project that has up for sale 575 apartments in 2BHK and 3BHK configurations. Launched in May 2018, the apartments in the project are sized between 564 sqf and 1,117 sqf. The 2BHK units are available for a starting price of Rs 72 lakh, going up to Rs 87 lakh. The 3BHK apartments can be purchased for a starting price of Rs 1.13 crore. This price goes up to Rs 1.51 crore. These apartments will be delivered in December 2021.

Amenities: The homebuyers will have access to amenities, including a swimming pool, a basketball court, a jogging track, children’s play area, a gymnasium, a spa and a tennis court.

Goodlife Phase A

Locale: Goodlife Phase A, a project by Vascon Engineers, is located at Pune’s Talegaon Dabhade. The locality is a suburb lying close to the Bangalore-Mumbai Expressway. It is in proximity to the industrial belt of Chakan, PCMC, Mawal and IT/BT Park. For those looking for affordable property could head to Talegaon Dabhade.

Price and size: Goodlife Phase A is an under-construction project launched in May 2018. The project that will be ready for possession in December 2023 has over 500 units up for sale. The 1BHK and 2BHK units in the project are sized between 192 sqf-411 sqf. While the starting price for 1BHK units is Rs 13.62 lakh, and goes up to Rs 21.71 lakh, the 2BHK apartments can be purchased for a base price of Rs 27.74 lakh.

Amenities: A homebuyer looking for affordable units could invest in the project and enjoy amenities, including open parking, gaming area, energy management system, among others.

Address One Phase 2

Locale: Peninsula Land’ Address One Phase 2 is a project located in Pune’s suburb Gahunje. An emerging locality, Gahunje is witnessing a rise in number of upcoming real estate projects here.

Price and size: There are 480 units that have been launched in Address One Phase 2 project in April 2018. These units, available in 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK configurations, will be delivered in April 2022. These units are available for sizes ranging between 227 sqf and 617 sqf. While 1BHK units start at a base cost of Rs 18.50 lakh, the 2BHK units can be bought for a starting price of Rs 28 lakh and the 3BHK units come with a price tag of Rs 38.50 lakh and above.

Amenities: The project offers the basic amenities to the dwellers, including sewage treatment plant, open parking, community buildings, among others.
