Vasathi Housing begins construction of second housing project in Hyderabad

Vasathi Housing has kicked off work for its second housing project in Hyderabad. A gated community residential project, Na¬vya, could meet the demand of af¬fordable segment. Located at Chintal, which co¬mes close to Balanagar and Kukatpa¬lly in the city, the new project will have 190 apartments, along with a supermarket, medical facilities like polyclinic and phar¬macy. The developer also proposes to develop a state-of-the-art jogging track and other fitness infrastruc¬ture such as gymnasium, indoor play area, yoga room, children's play area and outdoor shuttle court in add¬ition to a library. All the blocks are earth¬quake resistant RCC framed struc¬tures. Al¬so, each apartment is vaastu com¬pliant and designed to maximise sp¬ace, sunlight and airflow. “The pr¬oje¬ct is a unique proposition provid¬ing contemporary luxury living at affordable price-points,” said PV Ravindra Kumar, CEO of the firm. The project, which has begun its bookings, would be completed by October next year. The company is offering just two-bedroom apartme¬nts in three different sized units – 942, 1,047 and 1,186 sq ft.
