Vastoshodh Projects unveils affordable houses in Pune
Vastoshodh Projects, the Pune-based real estate firm, has launched 'Vastushodh Gruhsandhi Yojana', a special affordable housing project with an investment of Rs 225 crore targeting lower and middle income groups. Bookings for the houses will be open from May 1 till May 15.
The company is building 2,400 housing units at five locations on the outskirts of the city. The Urbangram housing project comprises three locations at Kondhawe Dhavade, Chakan and Pirangut areas and Anandgram project at two locations at Talegaon Dhamdhere (Ahmednagar Road) and Vakhari (Chauphula on Solapur Road) .
The Urbangram project consists of one BHK and two BHK flats with 500-600 sq ft area and 700-900 sq ft area respectively, priced at Rs 2,100-Rs 2,500 per sq ftThe Anandgram project comprises one RK, one BHK and two BHK with 300 sq ft area, 450 sq ft area and 600 sq ft area, respectively, priced at Rs 1,500 – Rs 1,800 per sq ft depending on the location.
“These houses will be ready for possession in phases between December 2013 and August 2014,” said Sachin Kulkarni, managing director of Vastushodh Projects. He said the company's effort to provide affordable houses for lower and middle-income groups had received good response.
The company's previous affordable hou¬sing projects under 'Anand¬gram' and 'Urbangarm' brand were sold out in just a few days from launch, the company claims.
