Come October and North India will see the launch of the first Trump Towers in region. The Trump-Tribeca ensemble, which will come up on the Golf Course Road in Gurgaon, is expected to offer all the signature facilities available at the Trump Towers that includes white gloved services, trump card, concierge and valet services.

The Namma Metro's route from Yelachenahalli to Anjanapura Township Station is expected to be functional by 2018-end. A part of the Metro-Phase II, the elevated 6.29-km southern extension of the Green Line, will have five stations ─ Anjanapura Cross Road, Krishna Leela Park, Vajrahalli, Thalghattapura and Anjanapura Township (Nice Junction) .

The Karnataka Cabinet has approved the construction of one lakh houses meant for the economically weaker sections in and around state capital Bengaluru. Besides, the state Cabinet also set a deadline of one-year for the completion of the project. The state and Centre will fund the project that is likely to cost Rs 6,000 crore.
***The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) is mulling setting up a recovery cell to collect its outstanding dues from defaulting allottees. The authority has to collect Rs 6,800 crores as dues. Meanwhile, GNIDA has also started issuing notices to the defaulting allottees, warning of cancellation of allotment if they do not pay dues.
