The Rajasthan Urban Development and Housing Department has launched its official Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) website. The state government has appointed the additional chief secretary of urban development and housing department to head the regulatory body.
Delhi state assembly passed the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Bill 2017 amid concerns over higher tax rates and inflation. Led by CM Arvind Kejriwal, the ruling party passed a resolution, demanding the tax rate should be fixed at a maximum of 10 per cent under GST.

In case developers failed to comply with the new norms, their final occupation certificate could be withheld and notices could also be issued.
The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation will launch the fourth BRTS (Bus Rapid Transit System) corridor, between Kalewadi Phata and Dehu Alandi Road, in November. The civic body will also host the Asia conference on BRTS in the same month. The launch of BRTS on Kalewadi Phata-Dehu Alandi Road was earlier planned for December, but due to the Asia conference, directives have been given to complete it by October-end.
