June 16 2017   |   Sunita Mishra

Noida emerges as the first choice for buyers looking for affordable housing options in the national capital region. The reason is simple — even if you are low on budget, Noida offers you a huge stock to pick from. On top of that, you get to buy a brand-new home. (In Delhi, on the contrary, you have to be content with a resale house. Noida emerges as the first choice for buyers looking for affordable housing home that would come at a much high price. In Gurgaon, there will is no lack of new property, but they are comparatively much costlier. Ghaziabad, does offer properties in a similar price range, but many prefer Noida as it offers a better connectivity.)
