Everything you wanted to know about HUDA Residential Plots Scheme -2014
If you dream to own a plot in Haryana, then we have some good news for you. Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has announced a freehold Residential Plots Scheme with hundreds of land parcels up for grabs, spread across the cities of Ambala, Fatehabad, Faridabad , Palwal and Taraori. The plot size varies from 4 Marla to 1 Kanal and anyone with a residential domicile of Haryana can apply for it.
It would be useful to note that the scheme is ending on the 10th of November, 2014.
How to Apply?
You can apply for the scheme through both online and offline means with the application forms and brochures available at designated bank branches and HUDA's official website at www.huda.gov.in.
Here are some important details about the plots that are up for offer:
1) Faridabad Plot Scheme Scheme Code: SC00000070 Location: Sector 56 A Number of Plots: 449 (HUDA has withdrawn 1 Kanal plot so ensure that you don't apply for it.) Allotment Rates: Rs 15,300 to Rs 18,700 per square meter. Cost of Application Form: Rs. 500
2) Fatehabad Plot Scheme Scheme Code: SC00000071 Location: Sector 11 Number of Plots: 894 Allotment Rates: Rs 11,160 to Rs 13,640 per square meter. Cost of Application Form: Rs. 500
3) Palwal Plot Scheme Scheme Code: SC00000069 Location: Sector 12 Number of Plots: 283 Allotment Rates: Rs 11,700 to Rs 14,300 per square meter. Cost of Application Form: Rs. 500
4) Ambala Plot Scheme Scheme Code: SC00000072 Location: Sector 12 Number of Plots: 474 Allotment Rates: Rs 14,580 to Rs 17,820 per square meter. Cost of Application Form: Rs. 500
5) Taraori Plot Scheme Scheme Code: SC00000073 Location: Sector 1 Number of Plots: 617 Allotment Rates: Rs 17,735 to Rs 21,709 per square meter. Cost of Application Form: Rs. 500/-
To participate in all the above mentioned schemes you need to submit 10% of the cost as the registration amount, 15% of the total amount within 30 days of allotment of the plot and remaining amount in 6 yearly installments.
