A central locality along the Singhad Road that also gives you an easy access to India's financial capital Pune is sure to attract you as a home buyer. And, what if the prices were also comparatively low? Well, here you go. Average property prices in Dattawadi, a perfect combination of residential and business set-ups, stand at Rs 8,431 per sq ft.

Bibwewadi
Its village tag long gone, Pune's Bibwewadi has seen average property prices touching Rs 9,552 sq ft. Situated between two national highways, this locality provides you an excellent connectivity, along with a super social infrastructure.

Parvati Darshan
What would you not give to have a house in a south-central locality lying close to a hill top? You will be even willing to pay extra for a house in the locality if you are religiously inclined and love visiting temples. Parvati Dasrhan in Pune is the place for you in that case. Average property price in the locality stands at Rs 10,541 per sq ft.
