In the past 43 months, the property prices on SG Highway have seen an uptick of 4.2 per cent. Though there has been a marginal price drop in the past eight months from Rs 3,642 per square foot in January 2016 to Rs 3,570 per square foot in September 2016, this has only created an opportunity for investors to enter the market.
