There is a total of nineteen upcoming projects in the locality.

The locality will offer a good return on investment. This can be gauged from the fact that in the past 43 months, the property prices in Sector 48 witnessed an increase of 9.5 per cent, thus, fuelling demand for new apartments in Sector 48 Gurgaon.
