Could you describe your new home?
We have booked a new home in Great Value's ambitious project – SHARNAM. It is a mini township with a total area of 72,843.4 sq m that takes your comfort and convenience to a whole new level. It is located at Sector 107, Noida and enjoys seamless connectivity with all the major locations of the city like DND Flyway and metro stations. A three-bedroom apartment in a superb area of 1575 sq ft is what we opted for in this township. What we loved about this new home of ours was the use of space and cute little balconies in every room. It is on the 17th floor so the view from our apartment, we expect, will be fabulous. As you may be aware, Noida residents enjoy the greenery and freshness unlike Delhi and Gurgaon, so the view from our room will be full of lush green spaces and a beautiful society.
How did you zero down on this property?
My husband did a complete research, took a lot of information and guidance from veterans in the property business. We have a friend who has been in this business. So, we took his advice too while investing in SHARNAM.
What made you buy a new home?
Every individual dreams to be in his perfect home. So, we also had the same idea of buying a new home and residing in a good society. However, when we bought this property in India, we had predominantly considered this as an investment.
How much money did you spend on it? How did you manage it?
It cost us Rs 3350/sq ft including taxes for total area of 1575 sq ft. We have taken a home loan to pay for the property.
Could you please share with us your buying experience? Was it a difficult process?
The buying process was smooth. We faced no difficulties.
Will you call this your dream home?
Well, not really. I aspire to have a larger property in terms of space and greenery, as it has been my childhood dream to design and decorate my home from scratch.
What is your advice to new home buyers?
I would say, dream big and challenge your imagination. Moreover, when buying a property, do thorough research, ask many questions as possible from people in the property business and read about the builder group you plan to invest in across various property forums. Do not blindly follow the adverts.
