Buyers looking for ready homes in the Greater Noida housing markets are in luck ─ the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has launched a housing scheme under which it would be selling a total of 845 ready-to-move-in homes in this market.

Key dates
*The scheme was launched on January 16, 2020. The form submission for the scheme started on the same date.
*Between 10 and 29 of every month, buyers would be able to fill the application form for this “open-ended scheme”. The page would close on the 30th. The draw of lots for the applications made in a month would be done on the fifth day of the next month. If that happens to be an off day, the draw of lots would take place the next day.
On offer
The authority is selling 1, 2 and 3BHK houses located at Sector 12, Omicron-01 and ETA-02. Barring the 2BHK units, all other types of homes, including deluxe 2BHK units, are in multistory housing projects.
Do note here that the allotment would be done on a leasehold basis for a period of 99 years.
