North Enclave by Pacifica is a residential project in Vaishnodevi Circle, Ahmedabad North. The main door has a wooden frame on both sides, and the finishing is done with veneer. The bedroom and toilet doors are coated with enamel paint. The balcony door is a French UPVC sliding door. The windows are sliding as well. And all the ventilators have an aluminium frame with louvres and provision for exhaustion. The floors are mostly of vitrified tiles except in some areas like the kitchen which has ceramic tile flooring. Granite countertop is used for the countertop and attached Stainless Steel sink. The balcony railings are of MS. The bathroom fittings are of premium quality and a geyser is pre-installed in the master bathroom. In the case of electrical wires, the wires are concealed and separate electrical points for TV and Telephone. The grills and railings are painted with non-corrosive primer and enamel paint.

The project ‘North Enclave' is located in Ahmedabad north. The area is close to Sarkhej-Gandhinagar (SG Highway) which is about 5 km from the project.
