North Enclave by Pacifica is a residential project in Vaishnodevi Circle, Ahmedabad North. The project is supposed to be resistant to earthquakes as it is built on an RCC frame structure. The exterior walls are double-coated with plaster. The main door has a wooden frame on both sides, and the finishing is done with veneer. The bedroom and toilet doors are coated with enamel paint. The balcony door is a  French UPVC sliding door. The windows are sliding as well. And all the ventilators have an aluminium frame with louvres and provision for exhaustion. The floors are mostly of vitrified tiles except in some areas like the kitchen which has ceramic tile flooring. Granite countertop is used for the countertop and attached Stainless Steel sink. The balcony railings are of MS. The bathroom fittings are of premium quality and a geyser is pre-installed in the master bathroom. In the case of electrical wires, the wires are concealed and separate electrical points for TV and Telephone. The grills and railings are painted with non-corrosive primer and enamel paint.

The project ‘North Enclave' includes a number of facilities like a swimming pool, a jogging track and lifts. It has car parking facilities for the residents as well as for the visitors. There is a yoga and a meditation hall, a children's play area and provision for 24x7  running water. For elderly people, the project also includes a senior citizen sit out.

The project ‘North Enclave' is located in Ahmedabad north.  The area is close to  Sarkhej-Gandhinagar (SG Highway) which is about 5 km from the project.  The area is a growing locality and a hub for real estate. The locality is well equipped and many areas are nearby from the project, such as Vasant Nagar, Chandkheda and Bodkadev. The area near the SG Highway consists of a mix of residential as well as commercial developments. Many companies have their offices in the area, thus turning the area into a commercial hub.

There are a number of bus stops located along the highway – AUDA bus stop, Sola Bhagwat and SKCON Cross Road stop. The nearest railway station from the project is Chandkheda Railway Station. The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport is about 20 km away from the project.

In terms of the social infrastructure, many top schools and hospitals are located in close proximity to the project. The JG International School, Cosmos Castle International School, Adani Vidya Mandir and many others are at a distance of 6 to 7 km from the project. Some of the shopping malls that are close by are The Acropolis, Devarc Mall and Iscon Mega Mall.
