About the project

The campus has almost 70% open space that amounts to almost 80 acres and there are landscaped gardens around the towers. There are a total of 26 towers in Brigade Orchards Apartments with 14 floors. Brigade by Orchards is a smart township with a provision for a self-sustaining life complete with a school, a hospital, offices, retail, and entertainment. 

Orchards by Brigade Group: Specifications

The apartments and villas in Orchards by Brigade are of four configurations: 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, and 5BHK. Apartment size in this project range between 66.89 sq. mt and 165.37 SQ. Mt and the area of the villas is between 456.61 sq. mt to 458.94 sq. mt. The RCC structure is seismic Zone II compliant.

All internal walls are smoothly finished. There is textured paint for the external finish, plastic emulsion paint for internal walls, acrylic emulsion paint on the ceiling, and enamel paint for metalwork/doors. The flooring for the foyer, living, and dining is vitrified tiles along with the kitchen, utility, and other bedrooms. The master bedrooms have laminated wooden flooring, antiskid ceramic tiles in the balconies, and ceramic tiles in the toilets. 

The kitchen is a modular kitchen structure with a provision for a water purifier point, refrigerator point and microwave point, and a washing machine point in the utility area. There are glazed tiles above the kitchen platform (2 feet in height). 

The toilets have Jaguar or equivalent chromium plated fittings; hot and cold basin mixer for all toilets, wall mixer with shower head, health faucet. The ceramics fittings are Parryware or equivalent. A provision is there for exhaust fan and geyser connection in all the toilets. Granite countertop washbasins in the master bedroom toilet and wall-mounted washbasins in other toilets (except in 1 BHK) have been provided. Toilet accessories like towel rods, paper holder, soap dish, paper holder, and robe hook are provided. The master bedroom toilet has a shower partition. UPVC lines for sewage disposal and CPVC lines for water supply have been provided. The doors for the toilets are enamel painted hardwood frame and architrave. The shutters are externally finished with masonite skin and laminated internally.

There is a lacquered PU finished natural solid wood frame and architrave on the entrance door, enamel painted hardwood frame and architrave for the internal doors. The doors have shutters with both sides masonite skin or equivalent. UPVC/anodized aluminum windows with sliding shutter, bug screen, and safety grill are some other specifications provided in the apartments. Adequate light and power points provisions have been given in the flats. 

Orchards by Brigade Group: Amenities

Brigade Orchards Apartments offers several facilities and amenities for the residents. The project comes with several facilities within the premises to take care of the health and well-being of the residents. Gymnasium, Badminton court, Basketball court, Jogging track, Lawn tennis court, and Swimming pool take care of the health needs of the residents within the campus. There is an indoor Squash court within the premises along with a library. The campus has a staircase and lifts in each core. 100% power backup is provided for common areas and lifts. 

Keeping in mind the green factor, the project has solar water heating. The premises also have a theatre, a barbeque, and a salon for the residents.
