The project is built on an RCC frame structure, the walls are made out of cement blocks. The lobby area is elegantly designed and vitrified tile flooring is used across the basement and lobby area. The lifts have a granite finish and the service staircase is Kota stone. The size and the capacity of the lifts are quite big. Vitrified tile flooring is used in the kitchen, utility, bedrooms, living and dining area and ceramic tile flooring is used in the balcony. There’s a provision for an exhaust fan in the kitchen and bathrooms. The toilets have a false ceiling and attached granite countertop. All toilets have separate shower areas and chrome plated fittings. Geysers are attached to all toilets of the floors except for the last two as they have the provision of a solar water heater. The extended pipelines are concealed within a false ceiling. The main doors have a wooden frame and laminated flush shutters in the exterior. The windows are sliding and are framed with UPVC aluminium. The external walls are painted with emulsion and internal walls and ceilings with distemper paint. For the safety of all residents, CCTV cameras have been installed at all entrances. The project also provides for a power backup facility and all electrical copper wires are concealed with modular switchboards.
