Noida Extension Ki Kahaani – Photos Ki Zubaani

Many of you might have purchased your homes in Noida Extension and would be eager to know the current construction status. To help you in this regard, we bring to you construction updates in major residential projects through latest site photographs. As this is our first installment in this segment, we have chosen top eight projects on the basis of popular demand.

1) Mywoods ( Builder- Mahagun Group)

Located in Sector-16C Noida Extension, this residential project was launched in 2013. As you can see in the photographs above, the major structure for the first phase looks complete and you can expect delivery by end of 2015 or early 2016.

2) Verona Heights ( Builder- Amrapali Group)

Launched in January 2012 and situated in Techzone 4 locality of Noida Extension, this residential project is awaiting an early 2017 delivery. As per the inputs and site pictures, construction in Amrapali Verona Heights has reached second floor. 

3) Saundaryam (Builder- Gaursons Developers Ltd.)

Launched in October 2012 and located in Techzone 4, this is one of the popular projects in the locality. The basic structure of Saundaryam seems ready as per the site photographs and you can expect an early 2017 delivery if work doesn't get delayed in-between. 

4) EcoVillage 1 (Builder- Supertech Limited)

Located in Sector-1 Noida Extension, this residential project was launched around 2010. The constructional photographs suggest  a mid- 2015 or early 2016 delivery as the project has moved to finishing stage. 

5) EcoVillage2 (Builder- Supertech Limited)

This is another project by Supertech under the umbrella of Eco village located in Sector-16B Noida Extension. It was launched in 2010 and the photographs suggest an early 2016 delivery.

6) Gaur Avenue 1 (Builder- Gaursons Developers)

Launched in 2010 and located in Sector-4 Noida Extension, all construction work in this project has been completed and buyers have received possession letters too. According to sources, many buyers are dillydallying possession as the developer has asked for some extra amount (Rs 50 psf) in lieu of the court verdict to give extra compensation to farmers (land acquisition row). 

7) Jeevan (Builder- Stellar Ventures)

Located in Sector-1 Noida Extension, this is one project where construction was done at a decent speed when compared to other projects in the locality since its launch in 2010. Finishing work is done in most of the towers and from PropTiger datalabs team an early 2015 delivery is expected.

8) Greenshire (Builder- Nirala World)

Situated in Sector-2 Noida Extension, this project by Nirala was launched in 2013. As per the site pictures, the project is in its initial phases.
