Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

On an average, capital values stand at Rs 9,000 per sqft. Given that Hyderabad's luxury looks affordable when compared to other metros, a 3BHK or a 4BHK unit will cost you anywhere between Rs 2.50-4 crore. While the peak of Rs 9,400 per sqft was noticed in October last year, prices are stabilising now.

From Rs 15,000 for a month for a 1BHK unit to several lakhs for penthouses, bungalows and flats with spacious layouts, Koregaon Park, or KP as it is fondly abbreviated, is a location buyers/tenants aspire to live in. Capital value on an average is Rs 15,200 per sqft. There are over 50 projects on sale.

Nungambakkam, Chennai
Prices may have touched Rs 19,000 per sqft on an average, but Chennai's Nungambakkam is a plush neighbourhood worth every penny. You will have close to you all the amenities you want to enjoy in life, apart from having the well-known people of the city as your neighbours. From security point of view all, this area is great.
As of now, there are over 70 projects for sale in Nungambakkam. A 3BHK may cost you anywhere above Rs 3.50 crore.
