When the prices of two other projects in the locality - Mittal Builders Pride and DS Max Smaran - are compared with Brigade Sparkle, one sees the latter priced on the higher side. However, Brigade Sparkle has witnessed price appreciation of 13.7% in the last 24 months.

  Mittal Builders Pride and DS Max Smaran, both projects offer apartment units with similar super built up area as Brigade Sparkle does and are priced lower at Rs. 3,400 per sq. ft. and Rs. 3,000 per sq. ft. An important fact to consider here is that almost all projects in JP Nagar have an average apartment price range of Rs. 3,000 per sq. ft. to Rs. 4,000 per sq. ft.

Real estate in Mysore has developed at a very fast pace and projects here would be a good choice, as investors can expect higher returns on investment. End users may have to wait for 4 to 5 years for Mysore to emerge as a Smart City.
