Property On Yamuna Expressway: A Mega Destination for Affordable Homes
Inaugurated in August 2012, the 165-kilometer-long Yamuna Expressway connects Noida with Agra via Greater Noida, and the areas on both sides of the expressway have emerged as prime residential hot spots in the National Capital Region of Delhi.
The F1 circuit on the Yamuna Expressway by the Jaypee Group has put Noida on the world map. Yamuna Expressway in 2015 will also have India’s only night safari, a film city, an international cricket stadium and other tourist attractions.
With limited land availability in Noida, demand for land for homes and other infrastructure projects along the expressway is growing. Plots in Yamuna Expressway are in great demand as well.

Best in terms of connectivity
In addition to world-class infrastructure, Yamuna Expressway enjoys the strategic advantage of being close to the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). The proposed corridor is expected to pass through Dadri. Once the project takes off, the region will see development like warehousing and Special Development Zones along both sides of the expressway. Yamuna Expressway is just a short drive from Noida and connects Delhi and rest of the National Capital Region with Agra.
