PropTiger.com launches India's First Real Estate Portfolio Tracker

Talk to any investor in the market today and he is bound to have a major share of his investments in Real Estate. Although there are a host of financial portfolio management tools available in the market but there is none available to track one’s real estate portfolio. PropTiger.com, backed by Saif Partners and Accel Partners, has taken the lead to create one of its kind property portfolio tracker enabling its users to track their real estate investments through their new online tool – My Portfolio.

Along with the portfolio tracker, one key thing being addressed with this new product is real time Construction Progress Updates. Anyone who has bought a property needs to keep abreast with the construction status of their properties. Historically, they would either do site visits or call the builders to ascertain the construction updates. However now PropTiger has introduced historical construction updates for projects. This is the most critical piece of information which is today not available to Investors and End Users alike. By enabling this feature, PropTiger has given the customers a key handle to be aware of the latest development with respect to construction progress on his property investments.
