Having started with our livability score assessment, the next project that has hit striking numbers on the scale is Runwal Greens, Mumbai. Price Comparison- According to the figures of September 2014, the price of Runwal Greens seems to be going quite close to the average property price in Mulund West i.e., Rs 12,538 per sq ft, making it a fair deal to invest in.

Delivery Timeline- By the time it received the award for best residential project by CNBC in 2013, the project was already half way. We expect it to allow possessions by the end of 2016 or in the first quarter of 2017.
