Mumbai will soon be home to India's tallest commercial building. Proposed by the Union Ministry of Shipping, the project will construct a towering 'business district' on Mumbai Port Trust land. It will be a 130-storey project and will cost more than Rs 10,000 crore. Read more.
 
ICICI Prudential AMC will invest Rs 130 crore in a residential project, being developed by Noida-based ATS Infrastructure. The project will be developed in Sector 150, Noida, near the Yamuna Expressway. Its first phase of development, the project will have 100 villas on a nine-hole golf course.
