A Delhi court has granted bail to Unitech Chairman Ramesh Chandra, Managing Directors Sanjay Chandra and Ajay Chandra and Director Minoti Bahri in alleged cases of cheating filed by two investors. This bail was given they gave an undertaking that they will honour the order of a State Consumer Forum and settle all pending dues to the complainants, news agency PTI reported. Read more
Real estate developer Supertech has paid Rs 415 crore to PE firm Xander Group for partial exit from the company, according to a report by The Economic Times. Xander Group had invested in the Supertech's township project in Gurgaon's Sector 79 about a year and a half back. Read more
