Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) will be soon introducing tax-free bonds in the market worth Rs 1,710 crore. The interest rates is expected to range between 7.27 per cent and 7.64 per cent, which is lower than rates offered by bonds by Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency. Read more

Supreme Court has admitted a Special Leave Petition (SLP) that challenges Bombay High Court and Company Law Board orders that had asked a Canadian businessman Alnoor H Jamal to exit from a joint venture that was formed to develop the erstwhile Parke Davis' prime property in Mumbai.
