The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagar Palike (BBMP) on Thursday partially rolled back the property tax raise it had implemented earlier. The civic body has capped the increase at 20 per cent for residential properties and 25 per cent for non-residential properties. Read more

Protesting the delay in allotment of alternative plots, hundreds of New Palam Vihar residents, whose houses are set to be demolished to build the Dwarka Expressway, locked down at the Huda Office at Sector 14 Gurgaon on Thursday.
