The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Bill 2016 become an Act on May 1. This would start the process of putting in place the institutional infrastructure for laying down the rules. As notified by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation, 69 of the 92 sections of the Act came into force on 1 May. Read more
Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel has announced that her government has decided to transform 300 villages into smart villages. Now, Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh is set to be linked through the Dhalaudhar Expressway. The central government will pay Rs 360 crore for the development of project, which will be a part of Dhaualadhar tourist circuit.
