Top 4 Pre-Launch Projects In Mumbai

Mumbai, the financial capital of India, is counted among the world's top ten centres of commerce in terms of financial flow. Radius Central Park, Chembur

Locale: Radius Central Park is a project by Radius Developers. Located at Chembur, one of the fastest growing real estate markets in Mumbai, the project is surrounded by localities including  Pestom, Chedda Nagar, BPCL, Tilak Nagar, Tata Colony, Shell Colony, HPCL and Indian Oil Nagar located on Mankhurd Link Road.

Price & size: The apartments in Radius Central Park, a 40-acre project, are available in 1 and 2BHK configurations. The price of the apartments here is undisclosed yet.

Amenities: Of the total area, 10 acres of land in this project has been covered with green landscaping, giving residents a serene environment. The project offers a swimming pool, a kid's pool, a children's play area, a clubhouse with all indoor games, a yoga and a meditation room.

Omkar BKC Phase II, Kurla

Locale: One of the most sought after projects, Omkar BKC Phase II is located at Kurla in Mumbai. Well-located, the project is surrounded a large number of educational institutions and hospitals. It is also well-connected to the key areas of the city.

Price & size: The total number of apartments in Omkar BKC Phase II that will be up for sale is 169 . These apartments are available in 1 and 2BHK configurations with sizes ranging from 645 sq ft and 845 sq ft and for price Rs 16, 688 per square feet.

Amenities: The project has various amenities such as a gymnasium, a swimming pool and a Laundromat.

Puranik Tokyo Bay Phase-1, Thane West

Locale: Puranik Tokyo Bay Phase-1 is located at Thane West, one of the well-established localities in Mumbai. The locality is well-connected to the key areas of the city via rail and road. It also has a strong infrastructure with established schools, hospitals and recreational centres.

Price & Size: There are 462 apartments in Puranik Tokyo Bay Phase-1 that will go on sale once the project is launched. These apartments will be available in sizes ranging from 679 sq ft to 1,049 sq ft. The price per square feet is set at Rs7,600. The 25-acre project will be launched soon and would be ready for possession by December 2019.

Amenities: Some of the amenities that will be provided to the residents includes a children's play area, a rainwater harvesting system, a 24*7 security system, a power backup system and a car parking facility.
