The prices of apartments are, however, are comparatively affordable, as 1BHK apartments cost around Rs 15 lakh, two bedroom homes come at around Rs 60-65 lakh and 3 BHKs are priced upwards of Rs 1.1 crore.

4. Ahinsa Khand:

The properties in this area range between Rs 20 to Rs 46 lakh for a I BHK apartment. Two bedroom homes come for anywhere between Rs 41 to Rs 96 lakh. Properties in Ahinsa Khand 2 cost at least 35-40% more.

5. Raj Nagar Extension:

This area is in the middle of development and property appreciation, as many infrastructure projects are set to cut through this. There is a proposed metro rail that connects Anand Vihar with Meerut and is expected to cross this area.
