Baramati
Known for its agricultural as well as commercial spread, Baramati has over the years become home to many. With rapid infrastructural development and better connectivity to the city centre, real estate here has seen a rise in demand. The area is known for spacious apartments with built-up area ranging between 10,000 sqf and 13,645 sqf. The locality is well connected to several prominent areas in Pune, including Koregaon Park, Baner, Viman Nagar, Alandi, Maval, Mundhwa, Kothrud, Kondhwa, Wakad and Kharadi among several others. Shirwal

You can buy apartments in Shirwal at an average price of Rs 2,620 per sqf in September 2018, down from Rs 2,640 per sqf in September 2017. Bakhori

Uruli Kanchan
A locality that has witnessed a steady rise in property prices between September 2017-September 2018 from Rs 2,740 per sqf to Rs 2,813 per sqf. Located 31 kilometres from the city centre, Uruli Kanchan is surrounded by localities such as Loni Kalbhor, Shiraswadi, Manjari and Saswad. Infrastructure is rapidly developing here and has seen an emergence of some key corporates as well as IT parks, too.
