Hyderabad Metro To Help Miyapur Property Run On Fast-Forward Mode
Miyapur will no more be the same when the Hyderabad Metro starts operating on November 28. The 30-kilometre long first phase will run from Nagole to Miyapur and will pass through key destinations such as Secunderabad, Kukatpally, Ameerpet and Begumpet. Accompanied by a development of 18 million sqft of commercial area, this project is expected to bolster residential developments in many areas, especially Miyapur.

Infrastructure in Miyapur
The Miyapur Metro Station will have a 10-acre of public space along with a maintenance building, street furniture, bus bays, auto bays, landscaping as well as a landmark selfie point. There are plans for setting up new storm water drains to prevent water stagnation in and around the station area.
Miyapur is administered by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) and forms a part of a high-density traffic corridor, Miyapur-L B Nagar.
