An existing customer (referrer) can refer multiple clients (referee). There is no limit on the number of referrals one can make and be eligible for the referral bonus.
No, you (referrer) cannot claim referral bonus by referring your name for a new property booking.
Payment to the referrer (existing PropTiger customer) will only be made once the property booking transaction between the referee (buyer) & the builder is successful and the Builder-Buyer agreement (BBA) duly signed by the Builder and the Buyer (Referee) in case of Primary Sales (excludes Mandate Business and Resale transactions). The confirmation of BBA being signed should be provided by the buyer (referee) for processing the referral bonus.
You (referrer - existing Proptiger customer) will get the referral bonus in the form of gift vouchers of online shopping portals.
You will not be eligible for the referral money if your friend/relative (referee - buyer) has not booked a property with PropTiger.com and not successfully entered into a builder - buyer agreement (BBA) duly signed by the buyer and builder.
