Downtown Burj Dubai or Downtown Dubai is an under-construction mixed-use, large-scale complex towards the north of the city. It is home to the several landmarks of the city such as Dubai Fountain, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The area covered by the neighbourhood is 2 square kilometres and is estimated to be worth $20 billion when completed.
Downtown property is sought-after among investors for its rapidly developing infrastructure. Apartments are available in the area. The area’s development has been divided into 11 projects, with The Adress Downtown Dubai Hotel, Burj Park Island, Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa forming the centre of it.
The area has several hotels in the vicinity along with the Souq Al Bahar. The Emaar Square office complex is also located here.
