BTM Layout, also known as Kuvempunagar is a neighborhood situated in the Southern part of Bangalore. It is divided into 4 stages - 1st Stage, 2nd Stage, 3rd Stage and 4th Stage with the Outer Ring Road dividing the 1st and 2nd stages. In the late 80's BTM Layout got formulated, after Hosur road and Bannerghatta road were connected through Outer Ring Road. The place is in close proximity to Outer Ring Road, HSR Layout, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore, Koramangala, JP Nagar and Jayanagar. BTM Layout is ideally located and has close proximity to Electronic City and International Tech Park that houses several IT companies including Infosys, Wipro, ure etc.

Connectivity

BTM layout provides excellent connectivity as it has well-developed roads and a good transport system connecting major areas. It is located at a distance of around 45 Kms away from International Airport and 15 Kms away from City railway station. Bus stand (Kempegowda Bus Station) is located at a distance of 11 Kms with a number of buses plying from here. Volvo bus services are available in this area that ply directly to the airport via ORR in 40 min to 1 hour.
