Koyambedu is a locality in north Chennai, surrounded by Vadapalani, Anna Nagar, Arumbakkam, MMDA of Arumbakkam, Aminijikarai, Virugampakkam and Nerkundram. The area has become a major hub in Chennai after the inauguration of the Market and the CMBT ( Mofussil Bus Terminus).
